Setting an email to send a file via Windows 10. Thanks

Hi, I want to send a file spreadsheet libreoffice via Windows 10 . Correct if I am wrong . I tried to go to TOOLS -OPTION and I Selected USER DATA and I filled some of questions and adding my email address , but it doesn’t seem to be working.

I appreciate your help. Thanks

Just File - Send - Email document … (select in what format you want to send it) should open a message window in your default e-mail program like Thunderbird. If you do all of your mail in a web mail browser window, Libre won’t be able to find it.
