How do I get a text around an image in IMPRESS

How do I get a text around an image.
Is this possible and how can I do this?

Many thanks
Peter

You need a tool “Text along a line”. The icon is not shown in default. Take any toolbar and customize it. Add that tool. You find it in category “Format”, the command “Font work”.

Then insert the image. Press key F2 to turn to text edit mode. Type your text. Use a monospaced font, that will look better than a proportional font.

Click again on the image, so that it has green handles.

Click on the newly added icon to open the Fontwork dialog. You see several ways for the orientation of the text in the upper part of the dialog. Choose the type “Rotate”. The other icons in the dialog help you to fine tune the appearance, for example setting a gap between image and text or determine the start position of the text.
