After I change the user interface to Thai language I got the problem in the page set up.
There is one line of paper type that is longer than other. Then the other setup cannot display correctly…
What language did you change from, what operating system and which printer? The more detailed the problem description the more helpful we can be.
The language user interface controls the default printer settings. If you have changed from English (USA) to Thailand, for example, the default paper size will change from US-Letter (11 x 8.5 inches) A4 (297 x 210 mm) about 11.5 x 8.25 inches). You should check these… Peter
