Move bibliography database from Libreoffice to Word

I started my thesis on Libreoffice bu would like to transfer its bibliography database to Word. How may I do it?

I can’t copy paste it as far as there is no way to copy paste a Libreoffice bibliography datasheet to the bibliography fields of Word.

Open a Calc document. From the menu View->DataSources. Double left click Bibliography, double left click tables when it appears below Bibliography. With left mouse drag biblio down to the empty sheet and release the mouse button. Now save the document as an MS Excel document. You should be able to open it in Excel. Or you can just copy data from Calc sheet.
