I am assisting a LibreOffice 5.0 user who lives at the senior community I work at. Despite there being no sign that any of the files or programs are corrupted, none of the LibreOffice programs will open on her computer. When clicked on, it’s as if they are about to open, then just don’t. This includes any files. She really only uses Writer anyways. I attempted to download LibreOffice 5.1.4 to see if that would solve the problem, but was unable to. (Download was interrupted, can’t figure out why)
I am not an expert, just a younger person with some knowledge trying to help an older one. Please help if you can!
