Calc Chart axis range scaling corrupts column apparent value

When I attempt to offset the Y axis, on a “column” chart, by unchecking “automatic” and entering a positive value the Y axis appropately changes BUT the column heights do not. Thus, the intersection of the grid lines and the top of the column now indicate a different value? How should I re-scale the Y axis so that the correct values are indicated?

Which version of LibreOffice are you using? In my 5.2.0.4 it works fine, .i.e. if I set a value maximum value for the Y-axis, the columns are rescaled accordingly. Be careful though, if your data is out-of-range, their height of the columns will not change, as one would expect.
