How do I make a PRINT button in a Writer form

Is there a way to add a PRINT button to a Writer form that is exported to PDF?

I’ve read elsewhere to create a button, then select Action: Open document/webpage, and specify URL: .uno:print. But when I exported the form as a PDF and tried it in Win10 it says I need an app to handle .uno, but no apps fit the search. I’ve never tried this before but this technique seems to be so universal that I’m wondering if it’s a Win10 issue.

As the button you add seems to work as expected, and tries to execute the assigned action, the only thing to do seems to find a correct code to assign to the event. You might look at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUyvvrbT1ss to try something alike. It’s expected that a button created that way wouldn’t work in LO, but possibly it would in PDF, when its code will be executed by a PDF reader.

Presumably this is not possible. Looking at the help pages, LibreOffice forms don’t see to be oriented towards PDF functionality specifically.
