LibreOffice base conditional report

I am in libreoffice base and have a lot of items in my table. I have some report forms like an packing list, labels etc. Now i wanna create these reports, but not for all items, only for special ones, like for the one with id 20 or all in category offcie etc…

How can i make such an conditional report?

The easiest way is to do a query and then make the report on the query.
