I have a document with several sections that have two columns. One section behaves weird and I don’t know why.
Whenever I work in the document, e.g. refresh the TOC, the second column of the section’s first page and the first column of the next page get blank, and the content continues in what shoul be the fourth column.
When I delete the section and recreate it, everything’s ok. I refresh the TOC, the error appears again.

If content of that document is not private or sensitive in some other way - you should report bug on bugzilla and attach that file there.
The section has an option “Evenly distribute contents to all columns”. If it is not checked, the text will stay in the first column until you insert a column break or end of the page. Perhaps something is broken it that area.

Regina I tried it with and without the option, it doesn’t make a difference. The problem is that two columns are completely left blank inbetween.
