Download.documentfoundation.org will not redirect to ftp url

I noticed that after I hit the download button a circle with an i is in the url bar I clicked on that circle and it told me that the page was not secure,
I went to a site WHYNOPADLOCK.COM and put the download URL in
http://download.documentfoundation.or
and this is what returned
Domain Name: download.documentfoundation.org URL Tested: https://download.documentfoundation.o…Number of items downloaded on page: 1

When I put the ftp url in, it worked.
Apparently there is a problem with switching of the URLs. Any ideas?

I did a factory reset on my router and it resolved the problem.
