Words are attached to the pointer. How do I get that to stop?

Since help tips is unchecked everywhere I can find it, why are there words attached to the pointer telling me what to do, such as ‘adjust row’ and ‘adjust column’? This is very distracting. How do I make this stop? Please?

You can disable Help.Tip by:

Tools▸Options▸LibreOffice▸Advanced▸Open Expert Configuration

Look in org.openoffice.Office.Common.Help
