abc.odt and abc.odp (in my case also in same folder)

only one shows up in "recent files" list. renaming one of them to a different name fixes it.

LibO 3.6.3 - in recent files everything is fine. Shown both files (they are in same folder) - abc.odt and abc.ods. In Windows Explorer option "Hide extensions for known file types" is set to off (all files are shown with their extensions, even in LibO recent files).

In 3.5.7 I am seeing some inconsistencies in Recent Files. Sometimes file do not show up also I saved them. I don't know yet enough to make a bug report. Thus consider this only as a hint that there could be something wrong. I personally would always have the extensions visible.
