Using win10 and LibreOffice 5.1.4.2 Keep getting msg "update available",but when I install update, only 'part' is installed, which of course, will not run.

A new version seems to be downloaded, but win10 reports that it is only ‘Part’ of the program. I tried many times - same result each time.
