Writer: how to start writing labels on a partially used sheet

I am creating stock inventory labels with writer. As new stock comes in I have to create more. Previous bunch of labels (e.g. printing 806 labels on sheets with 22 rows each holding 5) may have used only the first 36 labels on the last sheet. I could continue printing the remaining (110-36=74) labels starting with printing label two in row 8.
The situation is even worse since I included a company logo (static content, a small picture) in the label. That logo is reproduced for all (including those where the database does not return values) labels on the sheet.
Trying to manually delete the unwanted print content turned out to be extremely painful (printing to a dataset, opening that dataset, unprotecting the unwanted sections which can be done in a single action by selecting all relevant ones but I could not find a way for deleting label frames other than one by one!)
Any idea how I could do it? Always to start on a new sheet is annoying if the bunches are small…
