Hi,
I want to export my book to html in order to upload it as ebook in kindle, but I have problem with the endnotes. My endnotes appear at the end of each chapter, thus each section in the book, but when I export the book into html the endnotes appear at the end of the book and not at the end of each chapter. It’s the same with the foodnotes.
How can I rectify this, so that they can appear at the end of each chapter?
