Calc: Change keyboard shortcut for "Optimizes the column width or row height based on the current cell."

On MacOS, these keyboard shortcuts normally selects the word next to the cursor:

Shift + Alt + ArrowLeft or ArrowRight

However, in LibreOffice (and OpenOffice) these shortcuts are instead used for “Optimize the column width or row height based on the current cell.”, according to these docs: Shortcut Keys for Spreadsheets - LibreOffice Help

I want to change these keyboard shortcuts, because they are breaking against normal macOS behavior, and I use them all the time to edit words.

I’ve looked in the Menu > Tools > Customize > Keyboard tab, and while I can find the keyboard commands there, they don’t seem to be assigned to anything.

How can I change these keyboards, or get rid of this functionality?

I confirmed the same in Windows 8.1, LibreOffice 5.2.2.2 64 bit. Hot key settings for Shift-Alt-ArrowLeft and ArrowRight are blank. I tried to change them to select left and select right but they still change the column width.

I found that CMD + Arrows actually goes to the next/previous word.

In normal MacOS behaviour, this keyboard shortcut goes to the beginning/end of the line.

I have the same issue: I would like option (alt)+arrow to move to the previous/next word.

In Tools > Customize > Keyboard tab, I can find the lines for “option (alt)+left arrow” and “option (alt)+right arrow” but there is no way, at least I was able to find, to associate “previous word” or “next word”.
Is this possible?

I am so used to that behaviour I end up always changing column width: this makes me “unhappy”.
