Can I keep using words added to dictionaries, automatic spelling corrections etc if I uninstall LO 64 bit and install 32 bit? Next question: If I migrate from Win8.1 to Win10 (64 bit) in the future, will that be compatible with LO 32 bit?

User setting files contain basically no platform-specific data, thus, can be (re)used in LibreOffice on any system where it works, both 64-bit and 32-bit. However, what is the reason of switching from 64 to 32? I can’t imagine any.

You can do it, but better doing a user profile's backup.
