I am in Portugal, and when I try and download, the instructions are in Portuguese. I need them in English. I do not understand Portuguese.
The few words and the short phrases you probably need to understand during installation translate.google.com will gladly translate for you. As soon as LibO is installed you can choose ‘English (UK)’ or anything as your UI (user interface) language and you also can set your default locale via > ‘Tools’ > ‘Options’ > ‘Language Settings’ (‘Configurações de linguagem’)
This works fine under Windows. It does not work on a Mac.
I need to change the UI language on a Mac to Finnish. There is no option to add Finnish as a language. The Mac is installed in Finnish and I do not understand why LO was not getting that language pack during installation. (My own Windows computer is set up in English and it has Finnish as an optional language pack available to select.)
Any idea how to change the UI language on a Mac and how to install it in the first place?
