How do I install Zotero 3.5.12 integrate with LibreOffice 5.2.2 on Windows X with Java JRE 8u111?

I cannot get Zotero plugin to install. It reports installation errors and only puts an inactive toolbar into the LibreOffice Writer. What do I need to do to get this to work?

Can anyone give me a step-by-step set of directions?

Verify that your Java version is 32 bits with a LibreOffice 32 bits or 64 bits with a LibreOffice 64 bits.
