If I sum a column of numbers * SUM (A12:A36) for instance * , the value of the SUM doesn’t appear in the cell A37 . How can I fix this mistake ? Many thanks .
Please don’t use only capitals on the title, it’s like shout, and it’s not necesary.
The correct syntax is =SUM(A12:A36). Place this in A37. Correct syntax can be found in off line help files (F1 key).
Maybe you have the numbers as text on the column not really numbers.
