How do I get e2d3 running in Calc?

e2d3 (=Excel to D3(=Data-Driven Documents, most popular library for defining charts and other data visualisations)) delivers unlimited charting options to Excel, including using data from the web. It's open source. I'd love it on Calc, which I prefer over Excel. If possible also working with other browsers (=Internet Explorer in Excel) please

"...delivers unlimited charting options..." You sure there aren't already too many? (Ok, there are flaws in LibO charting, too. I am afraid the flaws I would complain most about are also in Excel,)
