Yesterday, Libre Writer began doing this: I’d copy/paste something into Libre, in right margin would appear 2 blue boxes, one stating startFragment, the lower one stating endFragment. This is even more peculiar, as I was copy/pasting a few sentences from Libre help. Libre not only declares my sentences to be fragments, but puts each line in a rectangle, which can’t be gotten rid of.
This started yesterday, so I searched Libre help & found nothing. I then updated to the newest version of Libre, thinking this might solve the problem. It did not.
Then, later, if I copy/paste a site’s address, it no longer serves as a link. It is not underlined, and no longer works. It used to be that a control-click would bring u to the site, now it plain doesn’t work. I use Libre in a simple way, nothing sophisticated. I tried to disable grammar checking, this accomplished nothing.
What’s going on?
