When I am using a computer with low resolution some of the menu items appear "off screen" and I have to access them via the arrows. However when I access them off screen I get no options etc and the menu items with selectable options does not work off screen. Please see screen shot showing an example with line spacing. I am using Windows 7. (I have the same issues in Calc)

Image 1 is showing it in "off screen mode" Image 1

Image 2 is showing it in normal mode with drop down options Image 2

You can move the screen around by holding down Alt&Shift keys and use left mouse button to drag it around. Once you get to a corner, you can drag the frame to reduce to easier viewing.

Thanks for the advise but not sure if this is related to my issue? Can I please ask you to advise how I can use Alt + Shift to move the screen around?

Sorry, didn't read close enough. Alt & Shift & left mouse button are for Linux. This post should help for Win 7.
