i have set of records in xml file. I have to open it and add more records and save it back to XML in the same xml schema… please help
Why do you think this is a task for Calc?
I am QA and I need to upload test cases to a application called testlink. I had downloaded the test cases from testlink which is in xml format. My team has to create test cases in xls format using libre calc in the same schema and it has to be uploaded … so we are using calc … hope I answered your question … please help … I am fine with alternative if you suggest …
Sorry. I don’t know anything about testlink except what I just read. On my level of understanding your explanations seem very unspecific to me. Since there are tools out there (linked here e.g.) either based on general purpose programming or on Excel-macros (VBA), I suppose you will need a bit of development. No idea for what reason the testlink developers don’t provide appropriate tools.
