What do I need to print landscape documents from Libre Office 5 Writer to an HP8610 printer with Linux Mint 18 as OS? Other non-Libre programs print landscape fine.

I have gone through the landscape formatting process in Writer and checked the help documentation. The problem seems to be centred on Libre Office 5 programs since other non-Libre programs.(e.g. Inkscape) print landscape fine.
