I want the borders on my spreadsheet to print. When I try to print, the borders do not show up. If I go to format, page, sheet, and check to show grid lines, the grid lines show up, but still no borders.

I had the same problem. Select the cells requiring borders, right click, Format Cells... Change the Width to 1.00 pt. Apparently the default of .05 pt shows up fine on the screen but is invisible to the printer.

I set borders on various cells of the spreadsheet, along with some text and numbers to represent a floor plan of a house. I had reduced the shape of the cells to a square to represent feet so that the floor plan would show scale.

There is a setting so that you can print the grid lines, which I used to show the scale when I printed the plan. Unfortunately, the borders around the cells do not print, even though grid does.
