I have a long text string in a spreadsheet cell and want it to spread over multiple cells in a row, and wrap to multiple lines. Is there a ‘carriage return’ character that could be embedded in the string? How do I input it? Other ideas please?
Merge the cells in the row ; then from within the cell in Edit mode, NOT in the input line, use Ctrl-Enter for a line break.
