Save a table to insert in documents later

I’m working on storyboarding for a tabletop RPG I’m running. I’ve created a table in Libre Writer to help me keep track of important characters. I would like to be able to save this template table, exactly as is, and import it in the same document and future documents. (exactly as formatted with merged cells, text, and everything.) Below is a screenshot of the template table I would like to create:

Is this possible? I tried adding it as an auto-formatting option but that doesn’t seem to be what I want. I’m assuming I will just have to save the template table in it’s own document and copy/paste as needed, but would prefer to do something like “insert existing table” rather than open another document every time I want to use it.

You can make an Autotext to save the table for later use on any document. Select the table as if it were text, also picking at least one empty line before and one after the table, then go to Tools → Autotext, give a Name (let’s say, MyTable) and a Shortcut (let’s say, myt) and under the Autotext menu select New. Now on any place on any document you just need to type “myt” (without quotes) and press F3.

This is perfect! Not sure I would’ve been able to find that on my own. Thanks for your help!
