The installer says finished. No trace of the program is found on the HDD. I work in an office where numerous computers have been hit with this bug. Help!!
You are not giving people even a chance to help. You don’t say what operating system you are using. If on Windows are you sure you are running the installer as administrator. If not then that might be source of your difficulty.
