Why won't page break move (in Calc)?

In the Offline Help Menu, under the subject “Defining Number of Pages for Printing”, it explicitly says “4. You can move the blue lines with the mouse.”
Ahem…NO I CANNOT!!!

Hi

Select the range then replace Format▸Print Ranges▸Edit▸Print Range▸entire sheet by user defined

You can then use the mouse to move page break
