Table lines not lining up nicely? [closed]

Hey guys. Here's the table I'm referring to (I have outlined the parts of the table that aren't lining up properly):

To make the cells under the heading "COUNTING AND PLAYING" I simply split each cell vertically into the number of cells I wanted. I thought that they would all come out the same, but as you can see, for some reason the cell lines aren't lining up properly in places….

Any thoughts people?

It seems that this is simply a glitch/bug in the viewing of the document; when the document is printed these inconsistencies do not appear, so it is likely due to the older version of LO that I am using.
