I have many picture files linked to my spreadsheet. Is there a way to take copies of those pictures with the spreadsheet when it is copied to, for example, another person's USB pen drive? Or hard drive, or shared over email?

The links to the pictures are in the same folder as the spreadsheet file itself. I just need to find a way to make copies go with the spreadsheet when it is shared.
