i’m first installing libreofice im my computer, the install finished with success, but i can’t start it. i get a message “fatal error” “the service manager is not available” can someone help me

You don’t say which operating system you are using or which version of LibreOffice. But, this sounds like a language setting issue on Windows, possibly Windows 8. Try setting the non-unicode language setting.
