Libre Office crashed while using a spreadsheet cant now access spreadsheets what can I do. Also have had to manually download LO update to avast browser how do I apply it to Libre Office

Libre Office crashed while I was using a spread sheet. It offered to repair but just goes on and on with the same offer and I can no longer access spread sheets. What can I do? I have also downloaded to Avast browser an update but this had to be done manually how to I apply the update

Please try resetting the user profile, sometimes solves strange issues.

Usually it’s enough renaming/deleting the file “user/registrymodifications.xcu”, it affects all the options in Menu/Tools/Options, and the files “user/basic/dialog.xlc” and “scrip.xlc” are overwritten, additionally custom colors in “user/config/standard.soc” are lost.

Have you download from LibreOffice site?, are you on windows, run the installation file as adminisrator.
