When I open the font dropdown box in Writer, several fonts appear at the top. I suppose the represent frequently used fonts. But some of them are rarely used. How do I change the selection above the line?

That list is stored in a configuration file in your $HOME directory; for me the location is /home/jk/.config/libreoffice/4/user/config/fontnameboxmruentries and for you it should be the same, except that "jk" should be replaced by your login name on the system. The file is a regular text file and can be edited by any text editor; do not use LO itself to do the editing, however!

Perhaps it was just a case of repetition as now, the font I want appears in the drop down box.
