I have a set of dates in cells that I would like to "fill down" as needed. How can I do this? Say I select cell C38 to N46 and I want to "fill down" the series to lets say C80 to N80

What I am doing is keeping a log of my work time in order to keep track my sick leave pay for both earned and used. The sick leave is based on 1hr of sick leave for every 30 hours worked and can starts using on the 90th calendar day of employment. My total earned sick time is grayed out until I get the 90 days in (the "condition" for this is not set yet). May 13th is my 90th work day.

Thanks ahead for any suggestion on doing this.

You just need to use date formula instead of direct dates. E.g., put =C46+7 into C48 - that means "date in C46 plus 7 full days". Then select two cells: C48 and C49 (i.e., the repeating pattern), and drag-copy it (using small rectangle at the bottom right of selection) to wherever you need.

Mike, thank you. That was easy, did the job.
