Since yesterday, February 25, 2017, all pdf documents I open only open in Libre Draw. What do I need to do to correct this situation?

How do you open the PDF document? From your file browser or in LibreOffice with the File > Open dialog?
What software would you expect to open your .pdf ?
Is your OS Windows?, maybe you have set up using the ‘Open with’ for a pdf file in the explorer to open always with Draw, use the same way to change, right-click on a pdf file, choose ‘Open with’ - ‘Choose another app’, select the app for open and mark ‘Always choose …’

It sounds like the file associations for PDF files have been altered. You haven’t told us what OS you use so I can only make a generic suggestion to use whatever feature your OS provides to set the file association for PDF to your preferred application for opening PDF files.
For Windows 10 Click Start–>Settings–>System—>Default Apps
