I’m trying to style a table with different border widths. Using Format > Cells… I can easily set the outer and inner borders on a table based on the cursor selection. If I then save that as a style the ‘inner’ border formatting is lost. It seems that using the Styles and Formatting interface you can only set the four borders for a single cell and ‘inner’ formatting is impossible as the ‘style’ doesn’t look around the cell it’s assigned to for other cells of the same style.
So if I have a table with a .75 width border on it’s edge but each cell within the table has a .25 width border this all has to be set manually for each table. Styles and Formatting cannot do it. Is there another way?
