Data fields in Write

I am insetting a data field (file name) into a Write document (in the body and footer). Though the information shows up on screen it does not print on the document.

Any solutions or recommendations?

Please test the options in:
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice Writer/Print
or
Menu/File/Print - LibreOffice Writer [tab]
