How do I get rid of the label "Formatted by......." in documents

I have a saved document to which I refer constantly and it has an annoying temporary label giving formatting time and date by each word the pointer touches. I would like to get rid of this.

That is Track changes mode. You may disable it using Edit → Track Changes → Record. You will need to accept currently gathered changes using Edit → Track Changes → Manage.
