Keyboard Shortcut for Clear Formatting (not Clear Direct Formatting)

LibreOffice comes with various styles and formatting options, for example: Heading, Heading 1, Heading 2, Text body, etc.

One of these options is Clear formatting, not to be confused with Clear Direct Formatting (Ctrl+M by default) from the Format menu.

I tried associating Clear formatting with a keyboard shortcut with no luck. The Function does not seem to be available from the Tools → Customize menu.

Is there a way to associate Clear formatting with a keyboard shortcut?

You may apply "Ctrl+Shift+0"

(Category: Styles → Paragraph · Function: Default Style).

Where is this shortcut documented? [test I include here a return →]
Could you specify that the one working with MacOS X is command ⌘+shift ⇧+0?

Could you specify that the one working with MacOS X is command ⌘+shift ⇧+0?

Unfortunately, this doesn’t do the same as “Clear Formatting”.

The correct answer here is “Ctrl+M”

This does not do the same as Clear formatting
