Is it possible to export LibreOffice .odt as .tex format? How do I do it?

I don't think there is native support for that, but you can export to Docbook, and then you have more possibilities, e.g. dblatex from is a tool to convert from Docbook to Latex.

Unfortunately this does not work for me... error: Could not create Java implementation loader

LO Version: Win10

i succesfully installed the Writer2LaTeX extension on my LibreOffice ( Version: ) on Ubuntu 16.04. Exporting my Writer file as .tex works 100% OK here... Is your Java Runtime Environment installed properly? Plz check at Tools:Options:Advanced:Java Options

JAVA installed is Oracle Corporation, 1.8.0_101

i have JRE version 1.8.0_121 .. Maybe if you update JRE , beyond that i wouldn't know
