Writer inserted math formula position problem

Hi,

I am writing a report with Writer that needs some inline math formulas. I created a custom frame style for the formulas that has no spacing around the formula. It works fine, but the problem is that as soon as I close my document and re-open it, all the formulas are shifted down, as if they were vertically aligned on the bottom of the lines they’re on instead of being aligned on the center of the lines. This is a big problem for me. I don’t know if I missed something, or if this is a bug (if so, I’ll have to use LaTeX, and I hoped not to for this report)

Thanks

edit : forgot to tell that this is on LibreOffice 3.6.4.3

Just found this : https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32241
It seems that unchecking the checkbox “Math baseline alignment” and rechecking it solves the problem for me. But I note that the bug’s status is REOPENED, so it must not be completely corrected. They don’t mention my problem though

I have another question : can you select all formulas in a document ? Is there a keyboard shortcut for this ? I could not find it. I also tried without success to use the navigator (F5) to do to this

Hi @Onox,

Please test again with the latest release to make sure that the bug is still present. You mention that fdo#32241 doesn’t quite match up with your particular problem, so if the latest release doesn’t fix your problem, please file a bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce your math formula problem. The QA Team will be happy to help you track down this issue!

Please post a link to any bugs you file in a comment below using the format “fdo#123456”.
