Problem with Vlookup in Calc !! urgent

Hello all,

i have an issue with my document. I have 2 sheets. In sheet2 i have history of exams, with column :Name Success Date , Url on this test … (there is 250 records approx) some guy had 2 or more test on different time.

In sheet one i have all names (x,y,z…) with different columns but i have colums "Latest test ", “Success” , “Url” for each name. Im not able to to create function for “latest test”… Every time when i will add the new test to sheet2(History of tests) and this test will be the latest one … this will appear in sheet one in tab “Latest test” for the same guy

Im i clear ? or i have to explain it again ?

Regarding the my issue … Yes i just need use the latest value from sheet to another sheet. Everytime when i will add the new record for example for Name: X , Success: OK , Link : url for result of test… and this will be the latest record , i will see in my sheet 1, that the X has the new value in culum “Latest test”.
