There are people who have installed it but it requires a certain amount of technical skill. If you root your tablet and then install Ubuntu using the “Complete Linux Installer” app, you will then have LibreOffice on your Android tablet. The user interface is still made for desktop computers, so it probably won’t be the smoothest user experience on a tablet.
