I decided that LibreOffice was the way to go … until trying to print (Windows XP, SP3; Dell Photo 944). I get the message above. Printer works fine for ALL other applications. I find many other people complaining about this online, but no simple solutions. Export to pdf works, but that’s not a reasonable solution.
Is the problem with Dell or LibreOffice and what can I do?

Thanks for letting us know about your problem. You mention that there are many other people experiencing the same issue, but I don’t see any bugs with this error message active in our bug tracker right now.
If installing/running the latest release doesn’t seem to fix this problem, please file a bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce your problem. The QA Team will be happy to help you track down this issue!
