I’m using writer, and the scrolling speed is way too fast to highlight walls of text or generally navigate in the document. How do I slow down the scrolling speed for just Writer? I am aware that the same question was asked here last year, but nobody answered :\ My laptop is the Dell XPS 13 9350 at a 3200x1800 resolution, if that helps.
