My mail merge works when I ask it to create the output as a single document. However, when I ask it to output as individual documents to be saved it crashes each time.
Any solutions?
I’m sorry to say that I have found the mail merge to be really poor. It crashes consistently and I have given up trying to send out the documents by email. I’ve found that Thunderbird email merge is much more reliable and wanted to create individual documents to send out with Thunderbird.
I am using a Macbook Pro.
