Have a 2 page pdf form with multiple input boxes. At the top of both page 1 & 2 are First, Middle, Last, Name fields. Goal is once the user fills in the data in all 3 fields of page 1 it would auto populate to page 2 fields.
Any guidance would be very appreciated!
