2014-03-30 08:09:04 +0200 commented question How do I create a custom animation path?

I think that something is broken. I updated to 4.2.2 to see if it fixed it and I still cannot find those options. I am also trying adjust the distance of a "left" motion path. The handle can be dragged but it does not save. If I preview, it has not changed the length. If I view another slide and then go back, the handle is back where it started.

I would like to crate a custom motion path so the object slides in from a specific angle. Goolgle searches say to add a custom animation, select motion paths, and then select free form. There is no free form option under motion paths for me. Was this removed in the latest version? Is there a way to get it back? I'm using 4.2.0.4 in Ubuntu

2013-04-10 15:49:06 +0200 asked a question Breakpoints ignored in User-defined function

I'm having trouble debugging a udf. I inserted a breakpoint so that I can watch variables and step through the function. The breakpoint functions as expected if I hit "run Basic" from the LibreOffice Basic window but since it was not called by the spreadsheet, all parameters are empty. If I call the function from a spreadsheet, It returns values (not the ones I expected) but ignores the breakpoint. How can I debug a user-defined function?

This did not help. I also tried disabling Screen font antialiasing under User Interface with no benefit.

I've updated to the newest version and the problem still exists. I've created a bug report here: fdo#62480. I attached some screen shots to the bug report and here as well.

Let me know if you have any genius ideas to fix this.

thanks!

UI text elements are corrupt on Ubuntu 12.04 with anti-aliasing. I would provide an example but it says I do not have enough Karma.

The corruption is visible in the main screen as well as all programs I have tried. If I turn of anti-aliasing in Ubuntu Tweak, the problem resolves, but of course my screen fonts look ugly.

How do I fix this?
